Birthday Cake Protein Shake

Hey Sunny Siders, I’m back again with another insanely delicious protein shake recipe! This shake really does taste like a slice of birthday cake and I am living for it!

Ingredients:

• 8 oz Milk

• 1 Medium Frozen Banana

• 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

• 1 tsp Sugar-Free Vanilla Pudding

• 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

• 1/2 tsp Almond Extract

• Sprinkles

Directions:

1) Add milk, banana, protein powder, pudding, vanilla extract, almond extract, and ice to a blended

2) Blend until desired thickness is achieved

3) Top with sprinkles and enjoy!

Hey Sunny Siders, and welcome to another Workout Wednesday! Blueberry, banana, and peanut butter is literally my favorite food combo of all time, and this shake is no exception of that! You will be blown away by how phenomenal this protein shake is!

Ingredients:

• 8 oz Almond Milk

• 1 Medium Frozen Banana

• 1/4 C Blueberries

• 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

• 1 tsp Vanilla Pudding

• 1-2 T Peanut Butter

Directions:

1) Add milk, banana, blueberries, protein powder, vanilla extract, vanilla pudding, and peanut butter to a blender

Hey Sunny Siders, and welcome to another Workout Wednesday! Today, I’ve got another protein shake that will satisfy any mint chip craving!

Ingredients:

• 8 oz Almond Milk

• 1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder

• 2 Handfuls of Spinach

• 1 tsp Chocolate Pudding

• 1 tsp Spirulina

• 1/4 tsp Mint Extract

• Ice

• 1 T Dairy Free Chocolate Chips

Directions:

1. Add milk, ice, spinach, mint extract, and protein powder to a blender

2. Blend all ingredients together until desired thickness

3. Enjoy!

Cookies and Creme Protein Shake

Hey Sunny Siders, and welcome to another Workout Wednesday! Today I’m bringing you a cookies and creme protein shake that makes you feel like you’re having dessert instead of a protein shake!

Ingredients:

• 8 oz Almond Milk

• 1 Frozen Banana

• 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

• 1 tsp Vanilla Pudding

Chocolate Cookie Dough

• 1/4 C Peanut Butter

• 1.5 T Maple Syrup

• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

• 1/4 C Oat Flour

• 1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder

• 1/2 tsp Salt

Directions:

1) Add Oat Flour, Protein Powder, Peanut Butter, salt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a bowl.

2) Mix thoroughly until a dough forms, adding almond milk as needed.

3) To a blender, add almond milk, banana, protein powder, vanilla extract, and vanilla pudding.

4) Blend until desired thickness is achieved.

5) Top shake with a handful of protein cookie dough and enjoy!

Blueberry Muffin Protein Shake

Hey Sunny Siders, and welcome to another Workout Wednesday! Today I am sharing another killer loaded protein shake that is sure to knock your socks off!

Ingredients:

Shake:

• 8 oz Almond Milk

• 1 Medium Frozen Banana

• 1/4 C Blueberries

• 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

• 1 tsp Vanilla Pudding

• 1-2 T Peanut Butter

Muffin: (Yields 12)

• 2 C Oat Flour

• 3 tsp Baking Soda

• 1/2 tsp Salt

• 1 C Almond Milk

• 1 C Frozen Blueberries

• 1/4 C Coconut Sugar

• 1/4 C Margarine

• 1/2 C Shredded Coconut

• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

• 1 tsp Coconut Extract

• 1 tsp Lemon Zest

• 1 T Lemon Juice

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit

1. In a Stan Mixer, add sugar, vanilla, lemon juice, milk, and margarine until combined

2. Slowly add in self-rising flour until thoroughly incorporated

3. Add in frozen blueberries and shredded coconut and use a spatula to mix by had

4. Scoop out dough into muffin tray lined with cupcake liners, then sprinkle shredded coconut over top

5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown, rotating the pan half way through

6. Add milk, vanilla protein powder, vanilla extract, vanilla pudding, frozen banana, frozen blueberries, and peanut butter to a blender.

7) Blend until desired thickness is achieved.

8) Top shake with crumbled up muffin and enjoy!

Hey Sunny Siders, and welcome to another Workout Wednesday! Today I am bringing you another protein shake recipe that is sure to knock your socks off! If you are a fan of Snickers or just chocolate, caramel, and peanuts in general, then this shake is for you!

Ingredients:

• 8 oz Almond Milk

• 1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder

• 1 Scoop Caramel Toffee Protein Powder

• 1 tsp Chocolate Pudding

• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

• 2 T Peanut Butter or Peanut Butter Powder (forever and always Crazy Richards)

Directions:

1) Add milk, protein powders, pudding, vanilla extract, and half the peanut butter to a blender.

2) Add ice and blend until desired thickness is achieved

3) Line glass with remaining peanut butter, then pour shake into glass.

4) Enjoy!

Ingredients:

• 10 Frozen Strawberries

• 8 oz milk of choice (I used toasted coconut almond milk)

• 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (I used FNX Vegan Vanilla)

• 2 T Peanut Butter

• Ice

Ingredients:

• 1 Medium Banana

• 1/2 C Frozen Pineapple

• 8 oz Almond Milk

• 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

• 1 tsp Vanilla Pudding

• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

• 1 tsp Coconut Extract

Directions:

1. Add milk, protein powder, banana, pineapple, vanilla pudding mix, vanilla extract, coconut extract, and ice into blender

2. Blend until desired thickness is achieved

3. Tip off with homemade Caribbean Zucchini Bread (see previous post)

Cookie Monster Shake

Hey Sunny Siders, and welcome to another Workout Wednesday! Today I’ve created this INSANE Cookie Monster Shake for those days when all you want is something sweet. This shake is SO good and I am drooling just thinking about it.

Ingredients:

Shake:


• 8 oz Almond Milk


• 1 Frozen Banana


• 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder***


• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract


• 1 tsp Vanilla Pudding


• 1/2 tsp Spirulina


• 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Cookie Dough:


• 2 T Oat Flour


• 2 T Mashed Banana


• 1 1/2 tsp Maple Syrup


• 1 T Peanut Butter (Crazy Richard)


• 1/8 tsp Vanilla


• Pinch tsp Salt

• 2 T Chocolate Chips

Directions:

1) Add milk, banana, protein powder, vanilla pudding, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and spirulina to a blender.

2) Blend shake to desired thickness, add ice if needed.

3) Combine oat flour, banana, maple syrup, peanut butter, vanilla extract, salt, and chocolate chips to make cookie dough.

4) Form dough into balls and freeze for 30 minutes.

5) Add cookie dough to shake and enjoy!

Protein Brownie Shake

Hey Sunny Siders, and welcome to another Workout Wednesday! Today I have whipped up probably my greatest shake recipe yet! It is basically like eating a dessert but it’s JAM PACKED with protein and natural sugars!

Ingredients:

For Brownies:

• 1 1/2 C Mashed Sweet Potato

• 1/2 C Peanut Butter

• 2 Eggs

• 1/4 C Cocoa Powder

• 1/2 C Chocolate Protein Powder

• 1 tsp Vanilla

• 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

• 1/2 tsp Baking Soda

• 1/4 tsp Salt

For Protein Shake:

• 8 oz Almond Milk

• 1 Frozen Banana

• 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

• 1 tsp Vanilla

• 1 tsp Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding

• 1 1/2 Protein Brownies

• 1/2 Protein Brownie for topping

Directions:

1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2) Using a fork, pierce holes into the skin of sweet potato and microwave on high for 5 minutes or until fork tender.

3) Once sweet potato has cooked, peel of skin and using a hand mixer beat on high until creamy.

4) Add in eggs, one at a time, until fully. When eggs are fully incorporated, add in peanut butter and vanilla.

5) Then add in protein powder, cocoa, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.

6) Place Brownie mixture into greased 8×8 baking dish. Drizzle extra peanut butter over top of brownie mixture.

7) Bake for 12 minutes, then remove from oven and give the pan a hard wack on the counter. Continue to bake for an additional 12 minutes after wacking. (Total bake time of 24 minutes)

8) Wait for Brownies to cool completely before slicing into 9 pieces.

9) Add Add milk, Vanilla protein powder, banana, pudding, vanilla extract, and 1 1/2 brownies to blender

10) Blend to desired thickness

11) Top with remaining 1/2 of a brownie

12) Enjoy!
