Hey Sunny Siders, and welcome to another Foodie Friday! Today I’m bringing you the perfect fall oatmeal recipe.

Ingredients:
• 1/4 C Steel Cut Oats
• 1 Serving Vanilla Protein Powder
• 2 T Pumpkin Purée
• 2 T Almond Butter (Crazy Richard’s)
• 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
• 2 T Dairy Free Vanilla Cinnamon Yogurt
• 1 T Chopped Pecans or Pumpkin Spice Granola
Directions:
1) Cook oats according to package instructions with pumpkin pie spice.
2) Once cooked, add pumpkin purée and vanilla protein, adding water or milk to achieve desired thickness.
3) Top oats with cinnamon vanilla yogurt and more pumpkin pie spice.
4) Swirl together and enjoy!
