
Ingredients:
• 1/2 C Rolled Oats
• 1/4 C Pumpkin Purée
• 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
• 2/3 C Almond Milk
• 2 tsp Pumpkin Spice
• 1 tsp Cinnamon
• 1 tsp Baking Powder
• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
• 1 tsp Maple Syrup
• Pinch of Salt
• 2 T Almond Butter (Crazy Richard’s)
Directions:
1) Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees Fahrenheit
2) Add oats, protein powder, pumpkin purée, almond milk, pumpkin spice, cinnamon, vanilla extract, baking powder, maple syrup, and salt to belender
3) Blend until a thick batter forms
4) Place mixture into a bake safe dish (ramekin) and bake for 22 minutes
5) Top with Almond Butter and Enjoy!
